Michael O. Mena represents financial institutions, large public and private companies, joint ventures, and real estate lenders and investors in litigation. His practice focuses on commercial and real estate disputes with an emphasis on business disputes, real estate litigation and commercial foreclosures, securities litigation, internal investigations, joint venture litigation, fraudulent transfer, and director and officer liability cases.

A leader in the community, Michael is an elected City Commissioner in the City of Coral Gables.
