Michael Robinett

Mr. Robinett is of counsel with Simeone & Miller, LLP where he works on a variety of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, civil rights, and premises liability. Mr. Robinett joined Simeone & Miller, LLP in 2007.

Mr. Robinett has litigated several complex cases in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. His jury verdicts have ranked amongst the highest verdicts obtained in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, where such verdicts are tracked and published.

Specifically, Mr. Robinett obtained the highest jury verdict in a premises liability case in 2011, the 5th highest jury verdict in an automobile negligence case in 2012 and the highest jury verdict in a premises liability case in 2014.

Mr. Robinett has obtained several jury verdicts in excess of the final settlement offer from the insurance company and, in some cases, in excess of a Defendant’s insurance policy limits.

Mr. Robinett is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of the District of Columbia and Maryland. Mr. Robinett lives in the District of Columbia with his wife and two daughters.
