Michael S. Rumac handles a wide range of litigation matters, including business, bankruptcy, commercial real estate, contracts, pharmacist defense, construction and insurance defense. He is experienced in probate and fiduciary matters and has represented clients in litigation over wills and trusts.
He also counsels homeowners associations in regulatory compliance and litigation matters. As a registered pharmacist in Texas and several other states, Michael frequently acts as a resource and adviser for pharmacy clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a partner at David & Goodman, P.C. Before his legal career, he worked as a pharmacist for 10 years in Boston, Las Vegas, Dallas and Fort Worth. Michael regularly mentors SMU Law School students by volunteering as a judge for mock trial and moot court competitions and by assisting students with mock interviews.
He also volunteers to judge the University Texas at Dallas undergraduate mock trial and moot court competitions. He also serves as a judge for the Texas High School Mock Trial Competition and speaks on Career Days for the Dallas Independent School District.
