Michael Schulman

Michael R. Schulman has substantial experience serving as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and issuer’s counsel in a wide range of public finance transactions involving state agencies and municipalities and in conduit bond issues.

He has also represented trustees, credit enhancers, and borrowers in a variety of taxable and tax-exempt bond issues. He is the immediate past Co-Chair of the Firm’s Public Finance practice.
