Michael Williams has devoted his practice to public finance since 1982. He has served as bond/disclosure/underwriters, issuer’s, borrower’s, bank, and trustee counsel on in excess of $6 billion of Florida public finance transactions.
He has delivered the bond counsel opinion, including the tax opinion on in excess of 450 Florida public finance issues and has delivered a 10b(5) opinion and prepared the offering document on in excess of 400 Florida public finance transactions.
As bond counsel, Michael represents a dozen cities in the Central Florida area including Tavares, Leesburg, Wildwood, and Deltona. He also serves as bond counsel to CRA’s for Fort Pierce, Leesburg, Mount Dora, and Groveland.
