Attorney Michelle Fleming Sigfridson’s practice focuses on the areas of family law, including divorce, custody, and children’s probate court matters. Additionally, she practices in elder care law and Title XIX eligibility.
In 2017, Attorney Sigfridson was selected to the 2017 Connecticut Super Lawyers Rising Star List. This is an exclusive list, recognizing no more than 2.5% of attorneys in her field, under 40, and practicing for 10 years or less.
Attorney Sigfridson attended the University of Connecticut and Roger Williams University School of Law, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also received awards for academic excellence in Federal Income Taxation and Copyright Law.
After law school, Attorney Sigfridson spent time as a clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court before joining the Prue Law Group, P. C.
Attorney Michelle F. Sigfridson is a member of the Connecticut and Windham County Bar Associations. Additionally, she is a former president of the Willimantic Rotary Club, and she currently serves as Chair of the Brooklyn Planning and Zoning Commission.
Outside of the office, Attorney Sigfridson is an avid horsewoman, enjoying dressage and American Quarter Horses.
