Michelle Full focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Michelle handles an extensive variety of cases including employment claims, wage and hour cases, products liability claims, business contract disputes, business competition disputes (including intellectual property issues, trade secret claims and 17200 claims), tort and insurance matters (on behalf of both the insurer and the insured).
She is versed in the strategic use of prejudgment and pretrial law and motion remedies, particularly in relation to foreign litigants and cases with an international component. She has also contributed to a publication in the California Civil Discovery Practice (4th edition) dealing with the discovery of evidence located outside the US, with a particular focus on the Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters.
Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, Michelle served as an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero of the US District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Honorable Cheryl Mills and the Honorable Dan O’Malley of the Superior Court of California, Contra Costa County.
Michelle is the president of the Young Professionals Division of the California-Asia Business Council and serves on the Board of Directors of San Francisco’s Boys Hope Girls Hope, an organization committed to empowering children to overcome obstacles to achieve their academic and professional dreams.
