Michelle Mosby-Scott

Michelle R. Mosby-Scott is the founder and Managing Partner of the firm Allison & Mosby-Scott where she heads the firm’s Family Law practice and leads and directs the firm’s overall practice.

She obtained her Bachelors of Arts Degree from Eastern Illinois University.

Michelle then attended Southern Illinois University where she obtained her Juris Doctor.

In law school, Michelle served as Survey Editor of the Law Journal and was selected to participate in the Moot Court program her second and third years.

Immediately after graduation, Michelle relocated to Central Illinois where she began practicing law.
