Michelle R. Carlton

Michelle graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, and earned her law degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

She is a member of both the Arizona and Oklahoma bar as well as the Federal District Court of Arizona and the Western District Court of Oklahoma.

Michelle understands that dealing with the stress and complications of the judicial system can be one of the most difficult and confusing situations an individual will ever encounter.

Her experience within the legal field has included work within both the civil and criminal realms and has included trial experience in the Logan County District Attorney’s office.

This experience in the District Attorney’s office and as a defense attorney provides her with an extensive understanding of how to engineer the best possible results for her clients.

For over fifteen years Michelle has also focused on handling a wide range of family law matters, including, divorce, custody, child support, guardianships and adoptions.

Michelle’s goals are to provide each client with the very best customer service, to make each client feel like her only client, and to safeguard her client’s rights as guaranteed by the U.S. and Arizona Constitutions.
