Million Woldesenbet is an associate in King & Spalding’s Intellectual Property Counseling practice. Million’s practice focuses on patent procurement and other intellectual property related transactional matters including patent and trademark licensing, due diligence and infringement analysis.
Million has substantial experience working with inventors and in-house counsel to prepare and prosecute domestic and international patent applications. He has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in various technology areas including microprocessors, memory devices, digital communication networks, wireless communications, medical devices, lighting devices, and oil/gas exploration and production related equipment and processes.
Prior to his law career, Million worked as an electrical engineer. In particular, he worked as an integrated circuit chip designer at prestigious institutions, such as AT&T Bell Labs and Lucent Technologies. Million had design lead roles in the development of several chips. His areas of expertise as a chip designer include digital communications and high speed interfaces.
