Miriam practices in the areas of Business and Finance. Her experience includes representing clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including formation, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and general contract matters.
Miriam represents commercial banks, venture capital investors, private equity funds, tax credit financiers and other senior and junior lending institutions, as well as emerging growth companies and other corporate borrowers, in connection with a variety of commercial transactions including term and revolving credit facilities, mezzanine financings, and acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a Summer Associate at Shipman & Goodwin and she also completed a legal internship with the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Connecticut.
While in Law School at the University of Connecticut, Miriam served as the Circulation Manager for Volume 44 of the Connecticut Law Review.
