Modupeolu A. Adegoke is an associate in Reed Smith’s New York office and is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation Group. Dupe is an experienced litigator with a particular focus on defending financial institutions and corporations in all phases of commercial litigation in New York and New Jersey, state and federal courts.
Dupe has experience litigating and arguing complex financial services litigation matters including contract disputes, secured transactions and financing agreements, and violations of federal security regulations. In addition, Dupe has experience within the areas of internal and governmental investigations, including regarding the regulation of investment advisers.
Additionally, Dupe devotes significant time to pro bono matters, including the firm’s capital punishment matters. Beyond the firm, she volunteers and serves as a mentor for the nonprofit America Needs You organization.
