Molly Ryan practices in the areas of commercial litigation, sports and entertainment law, and constitutional law. She represents athletics facilities, teams, and music festivals, as well as security companies that oversee entertainment venues, in a variety of liability cases.
She also represents regional and national commercial real estate developers in catastrophic personal injury and premises liability litigation.
In constitutional matters, Molly defends public entities and public employees, including municipalities, school districts, police officers, prosecutors, and elected officials.
Molly has tried cases in state and federal court and she routinely handles appeals. She has handled matters in New York, California, and the District of Columbia.
She is a contributor to Goldberg Segalla’s Sports and Entertainment Law Insider blog and has also published articles on the topics of constitutional law and sports law for USLAW, the Defense Research Institute publication The Business Suit, and the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Minority Trial Lawyer.
