Monica E. Boutros is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She defends employers in employment and labor actions asserted under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, and California Labor Code.
Ms. Boutros has substantial experience in employment litigation and arbitration, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions, and negotiating at mediations. Recently, Ms. Boutros co-chaired a three-week jury trial to verdict in favor of her client.
Ms. Boutros also has extensive experience in pre-litigation investigation and resolution of employee disputes.
