Monica Donaldson Stewart is the managing attorney for the law firm of Donaldson Stewart PC, where she practices in all aspects of family law, including collaborative divorce and family law mediation.
She has also served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court, conducting settlement conferences in family law matters since 2007. Ms. Donaldson Stewart received her B.S. degree (1993), summa cum laude, and her J.D. degree (1997) from Arizona State University.
During law school, she participated in a semester-long mediation training clinic and in 2010, she completed training with the Collaborative Divorce Institute. Ms. Donaldson Stewart is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona as well as the Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Arizona.
She served as the president of the East Valley Bar Association in 2008 and 2009, and has served as the Treasurer of that organization since 2010. She also currently serves on the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.
In 2011, Ms. Donaldson Stewart was named one of Arizona’s Finest Attorneys, and in 2012 and 2013, she was selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.”
