
Morgan B. Monroe is a corporate attorney advising clients at all stages of growth, from startups to established companies. She has made a commitment to a variety of pro bono work, including asylum cases and nonprofit incorporation.
Before attending the George Washington University Law School, Ms. Monroe worked as a legal intern with WilmerHale through the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity program. She returned to the firm as an associate in 2017, where she assists with matters involving emerging companies, corporate governance, SEC compliance and nonprofit organization.
During law school Ms. Monroe served as the Academic Chair for the Black Law Students Association for two years, as well as serving as the Moot Court Board’s First-Year Competition Chair.
