Moshe Mandel is a litigator who represents financial institutions in securities and complex commercial litigation. Mandel’s experience spans federal and state court proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory and internal investigations.   • Defending broker-dealer in 6 FINRA arbitrations and a federal litigation, arising from its marketing and sale of auction-rate securities
  • Representing underwriters in a class-action litigation arising from the underwriting of securities issued by a payday lending company
  • Representing major financial institution in the Tribune Company MDL litigation in connection with allegations that a multi-billion dollar leveraged buyout constituted a fraudulent conveyance and financial advisory services provided in connection with the leveraged buyout constituted malpractice and aided and abetted breaches of fiduciary duties
