
Myall Hawkins is a seasoned trial lawyer in matters related to intellectual property law client counseling and litigation. He authored “Put Systems in Place to Avoid Giving Away A Company’s Trade Secrets” for the Houston Business Journal. He is a member of the Texas Bar, Houston Bar, and the Houston and American Intellectual Property Law Associations.
Mr. Hawkins is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to his representation of legal clients for more than two decades, Mr. Hawkins was an engineer for leading manufacturers in the aerospace and general aviation industry.
Mr. Hawkins has been responsible for representing a variety of clients in intellectual property litigation throughout the United States, including but not limited to patent, trademark, copyright and anti-counterfeiting.
Additionally, he has represented and advised numerous clients with respect to trade secret matters. Mr. Hawkins also has extensive experience in products liability litigation.
