Nan McGarry focuses her practice on general and complex commercial litigation. Nan represents wide range of clients on litigation disputes. While working at the Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto through Pillsbury’s Stimson Legal Fellowship, she represented tenants and tenant associations in eviction and rent increase proceedings.
Nan was responsible for managing and executing the litigation process, including response briefs, written discovery, depositions, negotiation, motion practice and media interviews.
She also worked for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, where she represented indigent clients in the areas of Housing, Wage and Hour, and Family law.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE : Represented California developer in the development, management, and sales of luxury condominium units in the 60-story, $680 million 181 Fremont project.
