
Natalie F. Wayne is an associate in Mayer Brown’s Chicago office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Natalie has experience representing national and multinational corporations in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Her practice spans a wide range of areas, including antitrust, white collar defense, and financial services.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Natalie worked at a large international law firm in Chicago, where she focused on litigation matters. Natalie also previously worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable Virginia Kendall, Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Natalie received her JD magna cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she served as Managing Editor of the Law Journal and received a Certificate in Tax Law. Natalie received her BS cum laude in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
