Nathan E. DeLadurantey LOVES litigating cases. Every case, client, and problem is like a new puzzle for him to unpack and solve. Most folks initially assume he’s some “old crusty attorney” but are surprised to find out he’s pretty normal. His favorite place to meet clients outside of his office is some place for good coffee. Be sure to recommend a local favorite to him!
Nathan is licensed to practice law in the states of Wisconsin and California, as well as the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the Western District of Wisconsin, the Central District of California, the Southern District of California, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the Southern District of Florida on multiple cases. Nathan has lectured numerous times, including Annual Update – Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors Rights Fair Credit Reporting Act (2012), Impact of Lanning on Chapter 13 Cases (2012), Collection Law – Tips and Strategies (2012), Foreclosure and Loan Workout Procedures (2012), The Essentials of Foreclosure Defense (2011), Chapter 13 Mortgage Modification Mediation Program Overview (2011), and 2011 Annual Bankruptcy Update (2011).
