Nathaniel Thomas is an associate in King & Spalding’s Projects and Infrastructure practice. He represents and advises energy companies, private equity firms and financial advisors in acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and energy projects.
He has significant experience advising clients in the acquisition and divestiture of upstream oil and gas interests both in the U.S. and internationally.
Nate graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2011. Nate obtained a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin, where he studied history and business while majoring in the Plan II Honors program. He has a working knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese.
