
Natty Brower focuses his practice on counseling electric utilities regarding antitrust compliance and merger review. Natty has experience with a variety of industries, including consumer electronics, property insurance, and financial services. Natty also has worked with economic and forensic accounting experts involving the analysis of accounting and financial data.
Natty brings his background in the firm’s Litigation Department, where he has been a member of trial teams in both civil and criminal litigation in federal court, and in its Antitrust & Competition Group. He has represented clients in white-collar criminal matters and internal investigations, as well as in commercial disputes including antitrust, insurance, and shareholder demand litigation.
