Nazish Ali is an Associate at Fragomen’s Dallas office. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with immigrant visa petitions and permanent residency applications. Nazish represents small, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies across the healthcare, technology, telecommunications, hospitality, consulting, and oil and gas industries, seeking nonimmigrant classifications for H-1B specialty occupation workers, L-1 intracompany transferees and TN NAFTA professionals.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nazish worked as an Associate at a boutique immigration law firm and as a Law Clerk for a national law firm with an extensive immigration practice. During law school, Nazish participated in the Immigration Law Clinic at Catholic Charities Archdiocese, where she represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the federal courts in matters pertaining to deportation defense, asylum representation, VAWA petitions and U-visa applications. Nazish continues her pro bono endeavors through her involvement with the Human Rights Initiative and the Aga Khan Foundation.
Nazish speaks English fluently and is proficient in Urdu.
