
Nealy R. Williams joined Stoll Keenon Ogden in 2019 as an Associate in the firm’s Lexington office and is part of the Business Litigation, Business Torts, and Tort, Trial & Insurance Services practice groups.
A passionate attorney who works hard to win the best possible result for clients, Nealy provides creative answers to complex challenges, such as regulatory changes that might impact a business. Through written and oral advocacy, she has presented arguments in Kentucky federal and state courts, and before administrative tribunals.
After graduating with honors from Brown University, Nealy pursued her J.D. at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she earned multiple distinctions. Upon her commencement, she was honored as the university’s Faculty Cup Recipient for her leadership and positive contributions in and out of the classroom.
Business Litigation: Nealy has experience in matters arising under the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, U.S. Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Kentucky Products Liability Act. A bilingual attorney who is fluent in Spanish, Nealy has also worked with individuals seeking to obtain citizenship under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Business Torts: Along with general business litigation, Nealy handles cases relating to business tort law and basic tort law. While she is always prepared to defend clients in court, she is also skilled in appropriate cost-effective dispute resolution.
Tort, Trial & Insurance Services: Nealy represents clients in all aspects of litigation in this evolving practice area, including coverage disputes, claims of medical malpractice and violation of safety standards, among a range of other issues.
