Negin Avaregan joined Fragomen in 2012 as an Associate. She provides counsel on all major employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories to multinational corporations in the professional services, aerospace, engineering, and information technology sectors.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Negin worked at the Immigration Center for Women and Children in San Francisco, California, where she provided immigration counsel to victims of crime and domestic violence.
She was also a law clerk for the Phoenix Immigration Court, and participated in both the Immigration Clinic and the Refugee and Human Rights Clinic at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
Negin speaks English, Farsi and Spanish.
