Nell Moley focuses her practice on a variety of litigation matters, including antitrust, government investigations, and other complex civil litigation. Before joining Alston & Bird, Nell served as a law clerk for the Honorable William H. Orrick III of the Northern District of California and as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Guam.
While in law school, Nell was the chief production editor and articles editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs. While pursuing her J.D., Nell worked with the U.S. Department of Justice as an extern and the U.S. Attorney’s Office as an intern.
