Nia Chung Srodoski focuses on complex business litigation, handling issues ranging from healthcare fraud litigation to trademark disputes. Nia works with close attention to detail and draws upon her experience as a creative thinker to resolve uncommon, complicated issues under high pressure and provide insightful advocacy for her clients.
Nia earned her law degree at the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as President of the school’s Litigation and Trial Advocacy Group and as President of the Federal Bar Association’s Student Division.
While attending law school, Nia was a law intern at the United States Attorney’s Office in the District of Minnesota, assisting Assistant U.S. Attorneys in various criminal and civil divisions. She also served as a federal judicial extern for the Honorable Joan N. Ericksen on the United States District Court in the District of Minnesota.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Nia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Parsons the New School for Design in New York City. She was previously an Art Director at a worldwide advertising and public relations agency. She also has experience as a senior designer in the digital marketing group of a world-renowned auction house in New York.
