Nicholas D. Bowers is an associate in the firm’s casualty department. He maintains a litigation practice consisting of products liability, construction injury and dram shop cases as well as premises and auto liability matters.
Nick has spent his entire legal career as a litigator and regularly appears before the state and federal courts in Philadelphia and the surrounding Pennsylvania counties.
Nick also has significant experience in the area of insurance fraud (“SIU”) litigation. In this role, Nick has investigated and initiated affirmative litigation against various entities suspected of fraudulent practices, including opioid providers and pain management facilities.
Nick also handles property loss cases as well as all aspects of first-party auto litigation, including UM/UIM cases as well as PIP matters. Nick grew up in Philadelphia and he continues to reside in the city with his wife and two young children.
He is a 2009 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. While at Temple, he served as an editor on the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and completed a clinical internship at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Nick graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2005. Thereafter, he was employed on Capitol Hill at the United States House Committee on Ways and Means, where he worked on Federal taxation and trade legislation. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey.
