Nicholas Huckaby

Nicholas (Nick) A. Huckaby is practicing in the Litigation practice group, He has experience in a broad spectrum of commercial litigation. Nick’s litigation experience includes disputes regarding contracts, franchises, leases, real property, construction, medical malpractice, and employment issues.

Nick originally decided to study law in pursuit of intellectual and professional challenges. As he began his career, he found great satisfaction in his ability to help clients navigate the intimidating landscape of legal matters, especially in litigation.

As a former educator and coach, Nick is able to simplify complicated legal concepts into understandable and comprehensible terms to better counsel clients. This same background allows him to clearly state his client’s position in a persuasive manner to courts and administrative agencies.

A former college baseball player, he understands that competitive drive combined with collaborative teamwork will lead to positive results. While in law school, Nick was the editor-in-chief of the University of Toledo Law Review and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jack Zouhary of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
