Nicholas Jay Houpt has significant experience representing private equity funds and companies on transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buy-outs, carve-outs, equity investments, joint ventures, cross-border transactions and other strategic transactions in a broad range of industries. Mr. Houpt has also represented clients in connection with various distressed transactions and restructurings in and outside of bankruptcy.
Mr. Houpt also represents issuers and bondholders in connection with issuances of high-yield debt securities in public offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings, private placement and restructuring transactions.
