Nichole Renee Woodburn is an attorney practicing at the Enterprise office of the Isaak Law Firm. She focuses her practice on family law, divorce, child custody, child support, and appeals. She fights for the rights of a father in a child custody case. She has a thorough understanding of how divorce impacts a child’s life and keeps the child’s perspective in place while preparing for a case.
She is a fierce advocate for fathers who usually become victims of the biased system. Her inclination towards protecting fathers’ rights stems from the fact that her father, an active duty U.S. Army soldier, obtained his children’s custody.
Nichole R. Woodburn attended the Troy University and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English language and Literature in 2013 while graduating summa cum laude. She served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Alexandrian, Troy University’s first academic historical journal.
She also became the President of the Phi Alpha Theta, the national history honor society at her university. She was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi, an honors society for high-grade performance.
Nichole Woodburn later went to the Faulkner University – Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude in 2016. She served as a senior editor for the Faulkner Law Review while studying there. She also served as a Dean’s Fellow during law school.
She served as a legal intern and legal clerk in many law firms while studying law. She obtained the license to practice law in the state of Alabama in 2016. She joined the Isaak Law Firm in January 2017. She has acquired the membership of the American Bar Association.
