Nicholette Wilkerson joined Tekell & Tekell, L.L.P. after graduating from Baylor University School of Law in 2016. Nicholette is an East Texas native who came to Waco with an appreciation and love for closely-knit communities and the relationships nurtured therein.
She graduated cum laude from Baylor University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in both Spanish and English. While at Baylor, Nicholette was a member of the Dean’s List and was twice chosen by faculty to present at Baylor’s yearly Scholar’s Week program. Miss Wilkerson was also one of two recipients of a faculty-elected scholarship which enabled her to study abroad in Spain for a summer. Nicholette earned her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law.
There, she was a member of the Dean’s List, a volunteer at the Waco Veteran’s Assistance Clinic, and a competitor in the American Bar Association’s Client Counseling Competition. She also received the Peeler Williams Jr. Client Counseling Award and was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society.
