Nicolaus A. Gordon is a public finance attorney. He represents counties, municipalities, townships, school districts and port authorities, as well as underwriters and private developers in various financial transactions and economic development matters.
He serves as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel in both general obligation and structured revenue financings. Nic’s practice also includes helping clients strategically access, implement, and manage economic development incentives to meet their project and development objectives.
In addition, Nic regularly advises clients on various public law matters and provides general counsel representation to port authorities and new community authorities.
