Nicole Murad is co-founder and manager of Murad Immigration Law, where she focuses her practice exclusively on U.S. Immigration and Nationality law. She is dedicated to helping her clients realize their goals of legal residency in the United States.
A graduate of Georgetown Law School, Nicole provides experienced immigration legal representation to her clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), Immigration Court (EOIR), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Customs & Border Patrol (CBP).
In addition to employment-based immigration, she effectively represents clients in family-based immigration, asylum, naturalization, u-visas, relief under the Violence against Women Act (VAWA), removal defense and bond matters.
A native of Virginia, Nicole brings to immigration her experience as a corporate and telecommunications lawyer where she was involved with corporate development and public policy legal matters.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona where she graduated with honors. Nicole is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of the District of Columbia and Virginia State Bars, and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
