Nicole Dawn Marie Siqueiros is an experienced attorney focusing her practice on areas such as family, child custody & support, divorce & separation, and domestic violence. She is the founding partner of the law firm Rader, Sheldon & Stoutner PLLC located in Phoenix, Arizona and speaks English, Spanish and Italian languages.
The Phoenix Business Journal named her in Arizona’s Forty Under 40 community leaders list in 2011. She was voted Top Attorney in the contest arranged by North Valley Magazine during 2012 – 2015.
She has obtained the membership of professional associations such as the Arizona Bar Association, the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association, and the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. She served as the Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division in the Family Law Section in 2008.
She was the Director of the Board of Directors of the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association, and both Former Chair and Director of the Board of Directors of the Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
Nicole Siqueiros was the Selected Participant of the Bar Leadership Institute of the State Bar of Arizona in 2009-2010. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Tumbleweed Center for Youth and Gabriel’s Angels.
She is a Committee Appointed Member of the Committee on Minorities and Women in the Law in the State Bar of Arizona. She became a member of the Arizona State Bar Family Law Council in 2016.
She completed her Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Arizona and Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2001 and 2005 respectively. She passed the bar exam and earned the license to practice law in the state of Arizona in 2007.
After obtaining her law degree, she focused her practice on family law. She started her legal career as an advocate for domestic violence victims. She also served as a case specialist for Child Protective Services (CPS) and assisted children and families in need.
She later joined the Maricopa County Superior Court as a law clerk for a former family court presiding judge and later served as an Attorney Case Manager and Mediator while performing mediations in divorce and paternity cases.
Nicole Siqueiros-Stoutner has managed the legal department of Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, a local non-profit organization. She has served as an adjunct professor teaching family law at Summit School of Law in Phoenix and has also taught multiple legal education seminars to area attorneys.
