Nicole Lipsky is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Construction Practices. Her practice focuses on the defense of construction companies and developers in construction site accident and labor law cases and other general liability matters.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, Nicole worked at a boutique law firm, specializing in insurance defense litigation on behalf of insurance companies, businesses and individuals, primarily in the area of premises liability.
Previously, Nicole served as an Intern for the Honorable Ethan Greenberg of the New York Supreme Court for Bronx County and as an Intern for the Honorable Justice Frank Clarke of the Supreme Court of Ireland.
