Nicole Harms specializes in corporate governance, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Her services include assisting attorneys with business formations, drafting corporate governance documents, maintenance of corporate minute books, business licensing, preparation and filing of UCC filings, UCC searches, due diligence review, preparation of disclosure schedules, document drafting, and document management.
She has substantial experience in various types of merger and acquisition transactions as well as recapitalizations. Nicole’s transactions support begins at the onset of a potential transaction assisting with the confidentiality agreement and letter of intent and continues throughout a transaction including preparing for and attending the closing and following up on post-closing matters until completion.
