Attorney Nicole S. Sandoval focuses her practice in family law. Ms. Sandoval credits her success to her ability to work closely with each client, helping them toward a comprehensive and clear understanding of the legal process and its impact on their lives.
Her goal is to work toward a fair resolution that provides clarity and predictability for her clients long after the legal matter has concluded. Ms. Sandoval works with her clients to develop a greater understanding of the many complexities that confront them in a family law matter, including: custody, child support, spousal maintenance, parenting time, paternity, restraining orders, division of assets and all family law matters.
It is Ms. Sandoval’s priority that each client receive timely communications and advice at every stage of the legal process, so they are empowered to determine the best terms for settlement or whether to proceed to trial.
Ms. Sandoval will bring her breadth of knowledge, experience, and empathy to help you reach your goals in dealing with your family law crisis. Ms. Sandoval obtained her undergraduate degree from New York University where she participated in the NYU Growth Opportunities for Leadership Development (GOLD) program.
She then obtained her law degree from New England School of Law where she interned with the United States Marine Corp’s Legal Assistance Office at the Marine Corps Recruitment Depot in San Diego, CA.
In 2016 Ms. Sandoval received a direct commission as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. In 2016 Ms. Sandoval was 1of 20 attorneys in the country invited to attend The National Advocacy Training Program in Philadelphia, PA.
