Nina Han focuses her practice on trademark and copyright law and advises clients in a wide range of industries including food and beverage, hospitality, social media, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, health and life sciences, and technology.
Prior to joining the firm, Nina was Product and Trademark Counsel at Dropbox, Inc. in San Francisco, California, where she managed its global trademark portfolio including clearance, filing strategy, prosecution, and enforcement.
She also cleared all marketing campaigns and assets, managed domain registrations, acquisitions, and disputes, and advised the product and business teams.
While at Harvard Law School, as a research assistant to Professor William Rubenstein, Nina helped write an expert opinion on support of percentage fee awards in class actions and edited portions of Newberg on Class Actions.
She was also a teaching assistant for Professor Rubenstein’s Civil Procedure class, and served as communications editor and production editor of the Journal of Law and Technology.
