
Noah R. Drake focuses his practice on trademark and copyright law. He has experience in trademark protection, clearance and portfolio management, and drafting and negotiating intellectual property license agreements.
Noah also has experience with trademark disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and litigation in federal and state courts. He represents and counsels clients primarily in the music and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Noah worked as an associate in the Bay Area offices of a California-based law firm where he focused his practice on trademark and intellectual property matters.
While attending law school, Noah served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He was Supervising Editor of the California Law Review and Senior Online Content Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
Noah was winner of the 2015-2016 Phil Cowan Memorial/Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) Scholarship Writing Competition Award and winner of the Moot Court Competition’s Best Petitioner’s Brief Award.
Prior to attending law school, Noah worked in the entertainment industry at a full-service post-production facility for film and television in Hollywood, California, and was an assistant to a professional songwriter.
