Noah L. Dennison

Noah L. Dennison focuses his practice on defending New Jersey-based insurers, employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters involving a wide spectrum of alleged injuries and conditions.

Noah has handled all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including written discovery, expert retention, and fact and expert deposition. He is also experienced in developing litigation strategy and in drafting and arguing both discovery and dispositive motions. His practice involves close, frequent, and detailed communication with clients at every stage of litigation.

Noah has also handled complicated medical malpractice and dental malpractice litigation, equipping him with an understanding of medical and scientific concepts and insight into the practice of contemporary medicine, all of which have proven valuable time and again in litigating workers’ compensation claims.

After graduating magna cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey, Noah attended Rutgers University School of Law — Camden, where he was an articles editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and served on the Hunter Moot Court Board.
