Nolan C. Thomas is a member of the firm’s global project finance practice. Mr. Thomas focuses his practice on project development and finance, with a particular emphasis on representing companies that are engaged in the development, financing, construction and operation of solar power, wind power, energy storage and other alternative energy projects.
He also has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate matters.Mr. Thomas earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as a staff member and submissions editor for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego, where he received his B.A. in economics and environmental studies.Mr. Thomas’s experience extends to all elements of alternative energy development and finance, including merger and acquisition transactions, equity and debt financing, equipment purchase and sale agreements, and power purchase agreements.
