Nora Nachtsheim

Nora M. Nachtsheim is a partner in the Sacramento office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Ms. Nachtsheim specializes in the defense of general liability actions. She has handled the following types of claims : Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Product Defect, Construction Site Accidents, Slip and Falls, Breach of Contract.

Ms. Nachtsheim has substantial civil litigation experience, including second chair trial experience. She has successfully negotiated many settlement agreements in mediations, in settlement conferences and informally. She has taken and defended numerous depositions. She has drafted and argued various motions, including summary judgment.
