Norman Eugene Sabin combines a background in business with a wide range of legal and personal experience to provide his clients with a uniquely practical perspective. He has been an attorney since 1994, and his desire for exclusive concentration on estate planning and elder planning resulted in the formation of Sabin & Associates, PLLC, early in 2008.
He believes strongly in an ongoing relationship with clients, taking the time to get to know them and their unique situations so that he can work closely with them through the years. He enjoys sharing his knowledge through educational workshops, as well as teaching legal courses at the college level.
He enhances that knowledge while pursuing his own love of learning through advanced legal courses, memberships in preeminent national estate planning organizations, and study with other professionals such as financial advisors and accountants.
Norm is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, and is accredited by the Veterans’ Administration to assist veterans in obtaining Veterans’ Benefits. He is a member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Georgia Bar Associations.
He is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Tennessee as well as the U.S. District Courts, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims.
Mr. Sabin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and received his Juris Doctorate from Regent University. While in law school, he was Editor-in-Chief of the Regent Law Review. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force.
