
Norman J. Younker works exclusively in the area of plaintiff’s tort law, where he represents individuals in medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death actions, including claims involving brain damage and spinal cord injury.
Prior to joining Younker Hyde Macfarlane, he represented Intermountain Health Care and other defendants in medical malpractice actions. In cases involving complex litigation, Norm has proven expertise in the firm’s areas of core competency.
He received his law degree from Brigham Young University, where he graduated cum laude. He later completed post-doctoral studies in law at Cambridge University, England. Norm earned his bachelor’s degree at Utah State University where he graduated magna cum laude.
He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Utah and Arizona as well as the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
