Ofer Reger primarily focuses his practice on business litigation, counseling clients on both the plaintiff and defense side in a wide range of commercial disputes. Mr. Reger has represented domestic and international clients in matters involving complex financial fraud, trade secrets, trademark, false advertising, copyright, real estate, intellectual property, antitrust, breach of contract and trust and estate disputes, among others.
He has experience litigating cases in state and federal court proceedings in many jurisdictions around the country, as well as in arbitration. In all matters, Mr. Reger provides deep analytical and strategic thinking as well as a creative approach to solving clients’ problems.
He has extensive appellate experience and has represented clients in a diverse range of industries including solar technology, finance, media, real estate, consumer products, and health care as well as high net-worth individuals, and an organization of defrauded investors.
Prior to joining Robins Kaplan LLP, Mr. Reger practiced commercial litigation at both a major international law firm and a smaller New York firm. Mr. Reger also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Faith S. Hochberg, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
