Ms. Holder was born and raised in Latvia. She obtained her law degree in Latvia, studying local and international law of the European Union. After relocating to the United States in 2003, Oksana earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix in 2008 and pursued her American law studies at the University of Arizona in 2013.
She has authored several articles addressing topics including Arizona’s child support system in the context of federal law, addressing complex issues of immigrant support, several environmental issues, and topics regarding the administrative tax appeal system in Arizona.
Prior to becoming a practicing lawyer, Ms. Holder worked for several years as a full-time paralegal for law firms specializing in domestic relations issues which solidified her calling to family law practice and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Ms. Holder immerses herself in every case, strategizing and preparing every aspect to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients, whether that is achieved through negotiation, mediation, or trial.
