Olivia J. Wada is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Wada joined the firm as part of the Labor & Employment Department’s Fellowship program, an innovative training-focused program for law students and recent graduates.
Her current practice spans various areas of employment law, including wage & hour litigation, employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, misclassification, disability, reasonable accommodation and access issues, and unfair business practice litigation under California Business & Professions Code Section 17200.
Prior to law school, Ms. Wada gained professional experience in both public (non-profit) and private (law firm) sectors. In both positions, she honed her skills of providing quality service and solutions to the respective constituent or client.
