He has counseled clients regarding litigation matters, negotiated settlement agreements and discovery disputes, defended depositions, and represented clients in court.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. Wolfe was an associate at an international law firm in New York where he gained substantial litigation experience in the areas of securities and employment litigation. In that role, he participated in all stages of a major trial brought under the Securities Act of 1933 before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; worked on multiple appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and represented clients ranging from major financial institutions to automobile manufacturers to foreign central banks.
Mr. Wolfe’s pro bono experience includes representing clients seeking special immigration juvenile status, including conducting oral advocacy before an immigration court and in New York Family Court, briefing on substantive issues before the New York Family Court, and filing requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
