Owen Wolfe is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s New York office. His experience includes representing financial institutions, real estate owners and developers, private medical technology companies, technology companies, and clothing manufacturers in litigation at the trial and appellate levels and in employment-related arbitrations.
Mr. Wolfe has represented various clients in federal and state courts in New York and elsewhere, on matters ranging from real estate disputes, breach of contract, trademark infringement, bankruptcy, and disputes over the management of limited liability companies. He has counseled clients regarding litigation matters, negotiated settlement agreements and discovery disputes, defended depositions, and represented clients in court.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Mr. Wolfe was an associate at an international law firm in New York where he gained substantial litigation experience in the areas of securities and employment litigation. In that role, he participated in all stages of a major trial brought under the Securities Act of 1933 before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; worked on multiple appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; and represented clients ranging from major financial institutions to automobile manufacturers to foreign central banks.
Mr. Wolfe’s pro bono experience includes representing clients seeking special immigration juvenile status, including conducting oral advocacy before an immigration court and in New York Family Court, briefing on substantive issues before the New York Family Court, and filing requests under the Freedom of Information Act.
